Medical Assistant Program
This program provides students with the necessary skills for employment in a clinic or physician's office. Students will be taught medical terminology, medical front office procedures, x-ray information, anatomy, electrocardiography and laboratory diagnostic procedures and more.
Upon program completion, students are eligible to take the National Certified Medical Assisting Exam.
 Medical Coding
Medical Coding Specialist Program
This program prepares students to analyze medical records and assign codes to medical conditions, diagnosis and procedures using complex healthcare coding and classification systems. Accurate coding is necessary for research and statistical data, and to determine reimbursement of health care services
Upon program completion, students are eligible to take the National Certified Insurance & Coding Specialist Exam.
 Patient Care Technician
Patient Care Technician Program
This program prepares certified nursing assistants for a career as a patient care technician. The course expands on the traditional role of nursing assistant to a
more advanced cross-trained caregiver. In addition, students are also trained about patients with special needs, the geriatrics population, electrocardiography and venipuncture.
Upon program completion, students are eligible to take the National Certified Patient Care Technician Exam.
Electrocardiography (EKG) Technician
Cardiovascular (EKG) Technician Program
This program provides students with in-depth knowledge of the 12 lead EKG and the conduction system of the heart, and also provides an understanding of pre-hospital emergency medicine and life-saving techniques. The course prepares students for employment as electrocardiograph technicians / cardiovascular technicians.
Upon program completion, students are eligible to take the National Certified Electrocardiography Technician Exam.
